It’s an 8-minute read and a 2-minute decision.

I’m going to describe what UTR+ is about and then you can decide when you want to join.

About a year and a half ago, after being rejected for a long-form editor position on Iman Gadzhi’s team, I joined as a short-form editor.

Yet there were dozens of videos of people online breaking down my editing style or even trying to replicate it and repackage it as their own product.

In the next 15 months, I’ve accelerated Iman’s level of editing and the success of his channel 5-10 times…

• We had a channel go from 1.8m to 4.5m subscribers / in 15 months

• We had a video surpass 3.7m views in just 3 days of posting it

• We had over 19 videos surpass the 1 million mark, and 4 of those skyrocketed beyond 5 million views

• We had over $30 million generated through our organic content in just one month.

• We had over 78,000 live viewers tuned in for the first episode of our famous events

• We had Iman's editing team of 7 trained to master my unique video editing style.

• We had everyone trying to replicate our editing style, repackaging and selling it as their product or course

Now, I don’t want to focus on teaching people to be Netflix quality video editors, content producers, or any type of X and Y.

Plenty of people do that and the other reason I don’t is that “video styles” come and go.

Instead, what I focus on is teaching them how to think.

So they can see things others can’t see, connect the dots, and build their own style.

Once they can do that, they can imagine, pull apart, build and rebuild videos from scratch in any style & video format.

As a result, they each have a unique skill set that can’t be copied and that also stands the test of time.

Each one of those topics was a 2-3 hour call that went deep into each concept to explain it.

Every single one of these calls will also once be discussed in the UTR+ group down the road, hence the name “Rapid Growth”.

On top of the training I do, I also have my hands on their projects, where I tweak the videos, help them with their current projects, as well as outreach messages, offer structuring, and everything in between, plus give them feedback on a daily basis in community.

Here’s The Format of Rapid Growth:

• 1-on-1 call is done with either me or my partner for 30 minutes once a month…

• 3 zoom training calls per week

• 2-3 hours each

• First call - you can bring anything to the table that interests you, colour-grading, sound-design, narrative / storytelling, motion design questions or about anything. This is hosted Tuesday at 3:00 pm CET.

• Second will be deep learning and a round table discussion and workshops. This is hosted Thursday at 3:00 pm CET

• Monday calls are for Client Acquisition… low-key underground techniques that my partner is using to close clients big enough that most people would assume we’re lying.

• All calls are recorded, uploaded, notes taken, in case you miss anything

The price of Rapid Growth is $6000 / year paid in full. I’m going to double the price shortly because I’m hitting my bandwidth capacity issues where I can only help so many people on hot seats and in discord. The price will double to $10,000 a year (those who get in early will be grandfathered in)
